Nathan Kadan, MSN, CRNP, PMHNP
I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, offering diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions for adults. I earned a Masters degree in Advanced Practice Nursing from Florida International University. Prior to my role as a nurse practitioner, I served as assistant manager of an inpatient psychiatric unit in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I am excited to help you achieve your wellness goals.

Our office is located in Historic Downtown Easton at 15 Centre Square. We are above Josie's Deli, the entrance is to the left. Street Parking is available, as well as the 4th street garage and lots on Northampton and 3rd street.
What I do...
I offer diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric conditions for individuals age 18 and up. This includes anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, addiction, alcoholism, and most other psychiatric issues. My primary treatment modality is medication management. Depending on your needs and preferences, we may work on therapy and behavior changes together, or I may refer you to a therapist.

I provide both in-person and telehealth services. Appropriateness of telehealth is determined at my discretion. I strongly encourage patients to make their first appointment in-person, it helps us get to know each other!
What I can't do...
At the current time, I am not treating children and adolescents under 18. I also do not provide psychological testing, primary psychotherapy, TMS, or ketamine treatment.
Billing and Payment
Insurance
Alma, Headway, and Grow are business partners that assist in processing your insurance claims. If you plan to use your insurance to pay for your care, you will be asked to sign up with one of these services, depending on your plan. At this time, Easton Psychiatry is In Network with Aetna, Avmed, Cigna, Evernorth, Golden Rule, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, Surest, and United Healthcare. We are actively working on credentialing with Captial, Highmark, and Independence BlueCross Blueshield plans, and several Medicare Plans. If your insurance plan is out of network, you will be provided with a superbill you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Credit Cards and Missed Appointments
You will be required to have a credit card on file, and any copayment or financial responsibility will be deducted the day of service. Missed appointments incur a flat fee. All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex) are accepted. If you do not have insurance, or elect not to use it, you may set up auto-pay with any of these credit cards.
