Resources

This is a helpful repository of resources for mental health. It is grouped into two sections: Products, and Community Resources.

Products

These are products that may be beneficial for mental health. I am not affiliated with any of the products linked here. For established patients who are interested, I am partnered with Fullscript, a mail order service for supplements and vitamins. The links are meant to serve as examples, as there are many comparable products available. I make no claims regarding their safety or efficacy, nor do I receive any compensation from their sales. It is always prudent to consult with a healthcare professional before starting a supplement.
